| Messaging Choices | |
| Everyone: | By choosing this option, your message will be delivered to each of your customers. The system will individually create an email message for each person, giving your message the presence that it was personally sent. |
| Individuals: | Self-explanatory |
| By Category or Product Group: | These choices represent your customers by their
previous purchases. You can filter out a group of customers by whether thay have
purchased a specific product before or if they have purchased a product in a specific
category. These choice are optimal for letting your customer's know about new
products or services, who have similar interests outlined by their prior purchases. To Choose by Category: Set the Radio Button to By Category and select the category of your choice with the drop down menu and press Next To Choose by Product: Set the Radio Button to By Product and select the category of the product of your choice with the drop down menu and press Next. The following screen will allow you to choose a specific product from the choices currently listed in that category. |
